VPN Proxy Super LLC
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how VPN Proxy Super LLC (“we”, “our”, or “Company”) handles personal information within the Case Tracker application (“App”). We are responsible for protecting data processed by our service.Information We Collect
To retrieve USCIS case status information, the App collects USCIS Receipt Numbers entered by the user.
We do not collect any names, dates of birth, A-Numbers, contact details, immigration documents, or other personally identifying information.How Data Is Processed (Middle-Tier Architecture)
The App does not contact USCIS services directly. Instead:
The App securely sends the Receipt Number to our server;
Our server sends an authorized request to the official USCIS Case Status API;
The server returns the case status result back to the App.
Receipt Numbers are processed temporarily in server memory only for the duration of the request and are not stored in any database or file system.
Analytics
We use Google Firebase for non-personal and aggregated analytics, such as crash logs and performance metrics.
Receipt Numbers and case status results are never included in analytics data.User Control
Since we do not store Receipt Numbers or case status data on our servers, there is no server-side data to delete or export.
Users may remove all local data by deleting the App.Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The most recent version will always be available within the App or on our website.Contact
